Finding the right home isn’t just about the apartment—it’s about the people living next door. We want you to feel completely secure and comfortable in your new space. Because of this, every prospective tenant goes through a thorough screening process. We verify past rental history, conduct legal background checks, and call references. It’s our way of ensuring that our buildings remain safe, peaceful, and welcoming for everyone who lives here.

Our Process

We are committed to transparency and clear communication, so here is our process. Please fill out our free on-line application. Once reviewed, we will chat by phone about your needs to ensure we are a great match and to schedule your in-person viewing! If you love the space, we will verify your application and income documents before making a formal offer, which is contingent on approved credit and criminal background reports, which are the only out-of-pocket costs you will encounter, between $20-$40. Because we partner with Zillow we accept their reports if they are under 30 days old.

Our Criteria

To qualify for residency, applicants must demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent alongside steady, verifiable employment. Additionally, we require a minimum credit score of 650, a strong rental history free of major issues, and positive references from previous landlords or professional contacts.
